(2). in school or work—大家可以选择自己熟悉的领域去写

(3). changing condition or circumstance: 变化的环境。比如，在工作上，商人要面对激烈的竞争，股票的波动，利润波动等不断变化的环境（写作团day6素材）。在学校，同学们要面对突如其来的考试，在小组一起做科学课的project时组员们没按照计划赶上deadline; 在期末突然生病;  因为疫情要远程上课等突发情况。

(4). having knowledge ---对这个工作行业或者学习领域有更多的知识。比如，高科技公司的程序员知道如何写代码….

 

(5) 可行的分论点:

选项1：The ability to adapt to changing conditions:

① 能更好地不被打扰地及时完成工作. 因为人们不管在工作还是学习，都经常会遇到很多的意外的突发情况，比如 an unexpected illness . 只有我们及时地调整自己的工作和学习策略，才能keep things on the right track, 获得成功。

② 更好的适应环境能帮助人们减轻压力，有助于成功。如果事情出现了意外情况，一个总是希望事情按照自己计划进行的人，因此就容易增加焦虑，沮丧，最后影响工作表现。比如, 我原本在学校里学习非常快乐，可没想到因为疫情的原因必须回国在家学习。离开同学，老师和校园，我非常沮丧，不想学习，成绩也下降了很多。

选项2：having knowledge

--才能做出更多的成就，获得成功。只有一个拥有对市场充分了解的商人，才能不被市场的波动所影响，做出正确的决策带领公司走向成功。

坏处：很多知识已经不能适应变化的现实，也不利于成功。

中间段1：This ability helps us accomplish what we aim at. No matter at work or school, we are inevitable to meet unexpected challenges. Only when we adjust our work or study strategies in time can we still be on the right track to success. Take businessmen for example. Constantly confronted with stock market fluctuation, fierce competition from ambitious rivals and even the quick revolution from advancing technology(写作团day6素材), 一个成熟的商人必须保持对环境的敏锐判断，在根据市场的需求来调整自己的产品和销售策略. 

 

中间段2：This ability also contributes to our success by releasing the pressure on our shoulder. When things go wrong, a person with high hopes（厚望） may easily be frustrated if he cannot adapt himself to the new circumstance. His work or academic performance will suffer consequently. For example, last semester because of the widespread of coronavirus, we were forced to leave campus and use Zoom to continue learning at home. Bothered by scheduling classes, and teachers unfamiliar with online tuition, I was very frustrated and unwilling to take online learning. Not surprisingly, my final scores were much lower than before.
