其实大家要首先搞明白，为什么题目中会提到“the government and businesses should not keep any discoveries in secret.”
主要因为：很多大公司都雇佣了世界上最顶尖的科学家来做研发产品。所以他们会掌握很多最先进的发明。比如Tsela 的电池。Google 的搜索。Apple 也掌握很多专利...或者国家也资助了很多科学家们的实验...
所以大家在展开的时候，只要提到了 “这些公司分享了他们做出来的科研，就影响利润收入” "国家分享出去就威胁了这个国家的安全、科技优势...."就是切题的。
总观点：不同意。不应该all 发明都被分享.
