托福口语不能再用模板?

大部分同学在考托福口语的时候是*紧张的，因为托福考试的四个科目中，口语的考试时间是*短(只有17分钟)，且只有一次机会录音机会。

尤其是*题——独立口语题，要回答自己的立场、给出自己的理由、自己编例子，感觉难度很大。

于是有些老师/同学开始研发了一些*例子，作为内容的托底，觉得这样一来，不管是什么考题都可以有话讲，不会有明显的long silence duration (长沉默时间)而被大量扣分。

那么问题来了，*例子或者*模板是否真的好用呢？

答案是：NO！！！

ETS不是要考验一个人的亲身经历或者知识储备，更不是为了要考察你开脑洞编故事的能力，而是回到一个概念，evidence-based(基于事实的)，也就是，你选择的立场和提出的观点，要有事实作为支撑。

而什么是事实?事实要有明确的细节，比如实词的存在(具体的名词或者动词等)。所以讲故事不是重点，重点是故事里面要有细节。

比如这个题目：

Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?

Even the best teacher can make mistakes.

不管你会选择什么立场，题目上讲到的重点内容，你肯定是要有细节呼应的，比如：

Best teacher (抽象): published articles on Nature (具体)

Mistakes (抽象): remember wrong names, typos, mispronunciation (具体)

有了这样的意识，无论任何立场，无论举什么类型的例子，都能把细节说好。哪怕时间不够，也可以直接列举这些实词，来充实自己的内容细节。

备考方法二：个人例子化繁为简

有的同学不喜欢说个人例子，其中一个原因是会觉得个人例子太冗长，怕把握不好时间。注意!!!例子太长不是例子本身的错，是训练的方法不对，而不是这个举例的方法本身出了问题，是你没有组织好核心内容和语言的错误。

在我们口语写作大师班的课堂中，我们的例子训练通常是控制在15秒内的。可以想象，15秒，要讲故事，又要兼顾语言质量，其实你的训练方法就是——用一到两个从句讲故事。

给大家举个例子：

这个题目立场和观点的选择不难。于是有同学能够轻松想到学习当地的历史可以丰富自己的知识作为分论点。这个分论点明显就是一个因果关系：因为学了当地的历史，所以懂了知识。那么怎么用例子*呢?给大家示范一下：

After visiting the Shenzhen Municipal Museum, I understand how Shenzhen transformed from a fishing village into a metropolis thanks to the Open and Reform Policy.

可以看到，这样一个简单的时间状语从句里面，我已经讲清楚了了解历史的渠道、具体哪个城市、以及具体学到的知识/信息。所以，并不需要铺垫太多占用时间的背景信息，直接告诉听众，你要呼应的逻辑关系对应的细节即可。
