假设我们选independent way of working，那么给出三种可能的思路：
I don’t enjoy having someone looking over my shoulder all the time. If I can have the say over how I do my work, I can enjoy much more freedom. But if I have to report to my manager about everything I’m doing, it would shift my focus awayfrom the work itself.我不喜欢有人在背后一直监视我。如果我可以在工作上有话语权，那就可以享受更多的自由。但是如果我要向经理汇报所做的一切，那会把注意力从工作本身上转移开来。
Related to the first point, if I got to work independently, I can find more satisfaction. For example, I can enjoy the flexibility. Less supervision means less restrictions. I can spread my wings if I can work alone. As long as I can meet the goal, I can choose whatever creative or even strange ways to get work done. Personally, I like to start slowly, to take long walks going over the details and then start to work. Maybe it will seem idle in the first look, but that’s my way of doing things.
更少监管意味着更少的限制。如果我独自工作，我就可以展翅翱翔、发挥长处。只要我能达成*，我可以用任何有创意的，或者甚至奇怪的方式去把工作给做了。个人来说，我喜欢起步得慢一些，散步很久，思考一些细节，然后再开始工作。或许在别人看来很闲散，但是那是我做事的方式。
