04-13 双边讨论类大作文社会话题-明星和慈善
Some people believe thatfamous people's support towards international aid organizations draws theattention to problems, while others think celebrities make the problems lessimportant. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
题目大意：
有人说名人支持慈善能吸引社会关注，其他人说名人反而减少慈善问题的关注度。双边讨论并提出你的立场。
思路：
双边讨论题目，挑选一边我比较有内容阐述的来支持。我会选择名人对慈善事业的正面效应，相对内容会比较多。在内容阐述方面关于名人的负面效应，比较容易的想到的观点就是明星会有负面新闻，从而影响他们代言的活动。而对于明星对于慈善的正面效应，往往就是他们的粉丝影响力，另外一个近期正好还有一个很应景的素材。就是热映的《波西米亚狂想曲》，结尾高潮的liveaid演唱会，就是明星慈善最好的一个例子。
审题，找出关键词：
drawsthe attention：吸引公众注意力（找出明星的好处，如何吸引公众的关注，最直接的就是明星的粉丝效应，这里不仅仅限于对于普通人，还可以延伸到明星对于一些政要和富翁的影响力）
makethe problems less important：减少公众的关注（找出明星的坏处，如何导致公众的冷漠，明星的坏处比较常见的就是负面新闻，引起大众反感）
提纲梳理如下：
范文：
People have different views about whether celebrities is beneficial to the spread of charity activities. In my view, the influence of famous figures is conducive to increase the sense of social responsibility amongst the general public.
On the one hand, it is easy to understand why some people are critical of the negative effects brought by some celebrities to charitable organizations. In the eyes of those critics,the image of many movie and pop stars is usually bound up with extravagant life style featuring luxurious dresses and cars, if not negative news pertaining drug abuse or tax evasion. Considering this, it seems absurd to involve those from vanity fair in the social service for disadvantaged groups, which might disgust the majority and therefore deter the public from participating in the activity.
On the other hand, I tend to stand by those who attach more importance on the positive side of publicicons, who have the magic to attract the younger generation and even politicians to join philanthropy. One convincing example we cannot afford to forget is the Live Aid Concert in 1985, which raised millions of dollars for the famine in Africa. Had it not been for those super pop and rock stars, the problem would have never been realized by the world, and thousands of people would have died of hunger and diseases. What is more important, it is under the appeal ofthose famous musicians that developed economies agree to slash the debt owned by those African countries.
Regardless of the truth that there is a dark side hidden behind many stars, I would say that those celebrities,with their unique charisma, do have their role to play in arousing people’sawareness of charity.
