A: My favourite fruits are cherries and lychee, since I am crazy about these juicy sweet little things. I eat different kinds of fruits every day.

A: Well, I guess there are a lot of advantages of eating fruits. Firstly, it can be beneficial for my vitamin intake. Secondly, I can become slimmer. That’s why I love fruits, and I even drink the detox fruit juice sometimes.

A: My favourite vegetable is definitely the eggplant, since it does not taste like other green leafy vegetables. It has a meaty taste. I also like to eat the asparagus, which is a special vegetable in my hometown.

A: I know quite a lot of health information. For example, we should keep a balanced diet by eating more vegetables and less meat. What’s more, we should avoid eating fast food.
I usually keep healthy by eating fruits every day and by doing sports regularly. I believe that sport is a good option if you want to keep fit.
